Is ExactEstate a cloud-based platform?

What types of properties/portfolios can I manage?
You can manage any multifamily property or portfolio, no matter the size, with ExactEstate. We can handle LIHTC, HUD, Conventional, USDA/RD and HOME.

- OFAC, Terrorist, and Federal Search
- (BLJ) bankruptcies
- Tax liens and judgments plus SSN Verifier
