How View A Resident's Activity Log

The activity log tracks interactions with the resident that were made through the system.

To get started, first we need to navigate to the resident actions page. Click on "Resident Search" in the left-side navigation.

The "Resident Search" button is the second link in the Residents section.

Find the resident you want to look at in the table. Then click on the cog icon located at the far right of the table.


Select "Resident Actions" from the dropdown menu.


On the resident actions page, click on the tab labeled "Notifications & Resident Activity" to open it. Near the bottom of the section, you will find a table of interactions with the resident.

Clicking on an item in the table will display additional information.

The activity log tracks the following interactions:

  • All emails sent to the resident (receipts, password reset links, and emails sent through ExactEstate)
  • Work Orders created by staff or by the resident
  • Notifications sent to the resident
  • When a notification was dismissed by a resident
